Today i am going to tell u some most important and rich protein sources which are available in India and can be found anywhere in India .... And yes these are VEG sources ...



  1.  Soy
        There are many misunderstanding among people regarding soy(Soya). Usually sayings such as it is not good for health . Today i am going to tell u all the facts and not myths about Soya and how it will help us to complete our protein needs .
